As we move forward in our development, we are seeking an experienced and talented marketing mind to work with our team in implementing and executing strategies that will help further our growth.
The primary role of the Marketing Assistant is part-time ranging anywhere from 20-25 hours a week possibly more. The role is to work under the supervision of the Creative Manager in developing and executing strategies that enhance La Cumbre’s brand recognition and overall revenue growth. Initiatives will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and design digital content concerning ongoing social media campaigns
- Always ensure accurate brand representation
- Work with the Creative Manager to generate on-site agreed-upon content
- Execute creative ideas provided by the management team
- Develop innovative ideas to increase web traffic, customer engagement on social platforms, and overall digital brand awareness
- Social media, events, some website content, POS materials, others as assigned
- Point of contact for onsite-related marketing inquiries
- Monitor and manage customer feedback through email and social media platforms
- Work closely with the sales team, via retail locations, to execute marketing initiatives that resonate with the target market and increase revenue
- Maintain an updated media database and pro-actively pitch to local and regional influencers
- Attend brand-related events for live social media posts, and photography and manage any press
- Work with the Creative Manager on all new product launches and marketing campaigns
- Strategize marketing initiatives around taproom events
- Other duties as assigned
Skills and Attributes required to be successful in this role:
- Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, X, and TikTok trends, audio, etc.

Qualifications:
At a minimum, the Marketing Assistant must have the following qualifications and skills:
- Associate degree and/or 1-5 years of relevant professional experience
- Beer or lifestyle beverage industry experience a huge plus
- Comfortable traveling and working autonomously
- Background in photography and videography
- Exposure to Adobe Suite and WordPress preferred

Shift Brewer
Brewing Experience Required / Production Brewing Experience Preferred
Job Description:
La Cumbre Brewing Co is seeking a skilled, detail-oriented brewer with a passion for quality craft beer. Must have understanding of the process from grain to glass. Shift brewers are responsible for executing brewery operations, brew platform to cellar, to the highest standards in order to maintain the overall quality of LCBC beers. Understanding of all functions in the brewhouse and cellar. Brewery experience is required.
Compensation:
($18-$22/hr) DOE. Benefits package, full time, 10 hour shifts
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute the necessary production duties including but not limited to all aspects of wort production, fermentation management, filtration, fining, and bright beer handling.
- Ensure that all beer that is produced meets LCBC standards and specification.
- Maintain detailed brewing, cellaring and other related documentation in an organized manner with complete accuracy.
- All aspects of cellar work- including CIP/SIP of fermentation vessels, conditioning vessels, and process piping, as well as dry hopping, transferring and fining, filter, racking and carbonating finished beer. Making sure to achieve the lowest possible DO levels
- Clean and sanitize all equipment and work areas to maintain consistent beer quality.
- Maintain healthy communication with other departments (QA/QC, Packaging, Tasting Rooms).
- Possess or desire to possess knowledge of brewing and beer styles.
- A desire to learn more techniques, new and old.
- Willingness to participate in festivals and promotional events as needed while representing the company and the brand in a professional manner.
- Perform all job functions within the structure described in the Employee handbook of policies and procedures at LCBC
- Ability to adapt to new procedures and methods as the brewery evolves and grows
- Assist co-workers and cross train as needed in other department to ensure all brewery goals are accomplished
Job Requirements:
- Work or have worked as a brewer (formal brewing education preferred)
- Ability to work and communicate well with all staff.
- Organized and detail oriented; accurate record keeping skills.
- Basic troubleshooting skills in a brewing/manufacturing setting.
- Read, write and calculate basic algebra.
Physical Requirements:
- Lift 55 lbs. from ground to shoulder high.
- Lift 110 lbs. from ground to waist high and moving 165 lbs. along the floor.
- Climb stairs, ramps, and ladders on a regular.
- Be on your feet all day.
- Work in small and confined spaces.
- Work safely with chemicals with reasonable safety accommodations.
- Work in loud environment with basic safety accommodations.
- Not afraid to get wet.
- Be a team player and step in wherever needed.

Packaging/ Brewery Helper
The package line operator is responsible for packaging beer into cans and kegs for retail and wholesale distribution. Position requires a fundamental knowledge of operating, maintaining, and cleaning packaging equipment.
Compensation:
Salary DOE, Full time + Benefit package 10 hr shifts
- Work the packaging line
- Wash and fill kegs according to schedule
- Build out of state wholesale orders according to BOL
- Take daily inventory
- CIP of tanks, hoses and fittings
- Preparing dry hops for beers and dryhop upon brewers approval
- Cleaning all areas in and outside of the brewery
- Follow SOP
- General facility and equipment maintenance
- Coordinated with head brewer in regards to prioritizing schedule
- Operate forklift safely
Mandatory Qualifications (do not apply without any of these)
- A love for/and be passionate about craft beer
- Self-motivated, well organized, self-starter with the desire to excel in instances of limited direction
- Excellent interpersonal communications, problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple task knowing order of importance and difficulty
- Dedicated sense of urgency and drive to achieve tasks
- Mechanical intuition
- Ability to lift 50 lbs shoulder high, and 100 lbs waist high
- Ability to climb ladders and stairs (a lot) as well as be on your feet for an entire shift
- Competence with all forms of safety protocol
- Detail oriented as well as strong record keeping skills

Delivery Driver!
Job Type: Full-time
Duties:
- Operating company vehicles in a professional, safe and courteous manner.
- Providing great customer service to our wonderful customers.
- Delivering La Cumbre Brewing Co products to customers in a timely manner.
- Ensuring accurate delivery and appropriate quantities of products.
- Merchandising La Cumbre Brewing Co products ensuring they are fully stocked and faced.
- Performing daily vehicle maintenance checks and reporting potential mechanical issues to management.
- Maintaining a clean company vehicle and workplace.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
- The ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
- Open availability.
- Great attitude.
- Great communication skills.
- The ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- The ability to lift and/or move up to 165 pounds.
- A New Mexico Alcohol Server’s License.
- A valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
Candidates must demonstrate a high level of accuracy, and ability to work without direct supervision. Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds. The work environment can be loud, the employee is exposed to the outside weather conditions during deliveries and exposed to airborne particles and fumes.
