Bavarian Style Lager

Do it right or don’t do it at all. When you make a rich Bavarian-style lager, you use the best Bavarian toasted malts and a lot of them, the best German noble hops, a traditional Bavarian lager yeast... Do it right. And then lager it. Take your time. Do it right. We did this one right; rich toast, light spicy hops, pillowy soft mouth feel, and a crisp but lasting finish that can only be accomplished by, you guessed it, Doing it right.

Malpais Stout

A meal in a glass. Brewed with 7 different malts, you should be ready for a full onslaught of creamy stout intensity. Broadly in the style of a Foreign Extra Stout, this is our heaviest and most intense year-round offering.

Beer

Too snobby for a good ol’ beer? Looks like beer... Smells like beer... Tastes like beer... it’s BEER. Our aptly named lager is light in body but substantial enough in flavor to let you know that yes.. You are drinking beer.

Lake Day Hazy DIPA

Available Friday, July 22nd at noon. Taprooms only.

Hook up the boat trailer and throw some cold ones in the cooler. Make sure your haircut is appropriate, business in the front, party in the back, of course. And make sure you have one of those floaty things for your sunglasses 'cause it's gonna be a lake day! Soak up the sun with this super summer sipper of a hazy IPA. .

Juntos

A Fire Relief IPA

As many of you know, fires swept through Lincoln and Otero County toward the end of June 2024. Containment of the Salt and South Fork fires continues as localized flooding causes further damage to an already devasted Ruidoso community.

We brewed Juntos, our Fire Relief IPA, to help with recovery efforts. All proceeds will be donated to support the Greatest Needs Impact Fund for Lincoln and Otero, held within the Community Foundation of Southern New Mexico, to help our neighbors and fellow New Mexicans.

Fat Otis

Every year the Katmai National Park hosts its annual Fat Bear Week, a competition that pits its bear residents against each other in a head-to-head, bracketed championship. The winner? Whichever one of these fuzzy buddies gains the most weight for winter. This year Otis, one of the park's elderly residents, took 1st place, making him a 4-time champion. Here’s to you, Otis. You really do put the major in Ursa Major. ⁠

From Bauhaus modernism to contemporary poster culture, German design has always been sleek, crisp, and efficient, with a tendency to design honestly and focus on the necessities. It allows for the true artistry of simplicity to shine through. But don't be fooled by the absence of complications; minimalism is one of the hardest things in design to execute well. And much like modernism, German or otherwise, a well-executed Pilsner is truly a thing of beauty. Minimalism creates a beer that is beautiful in its crisp, efficient simplicity. A simplicity that is deceivingly complex and beautiful. Brewed honestly and focused on necessities, this is one of the hardest beers to get right, and this German pils might be a masterclass in German design.

Lager Softly

Lager Softly is a well-hopped lager, brewed with the highest quality pilsner malt, and unfiltered for a beautifully simple yet endlessly satisfying experience. Lager Softly will be available THIS FRIDAY at noon as a limited, taproom-only, release.

Café con Leche

*This beer contains both lactose and caffeine* Starting with a rich sweet stout base, we added both lactose to the kettle and 20 lbs. of locally roasted Cutbow Coffee espresso to the finished beer. The result is an aroma that is brimming with java and chocolate, an incredibly full mouthfeel and a creamy sweet finish

La Negra

Big, black, beautiful; La Negra is our Bourbon barrel-aged Russian Imperial Stout, brewed with our British Pale malt, and an enormous amount of roasted malts. As in the past, we collected a copious amount of sticky wort, and then further fortified it with a very long boil. The resulting beer has a big bourbon and raisin nose,an enormously rich body and a bittersweet cocoa finish.

Gilded Age

Harkening back to a time when pale malts had not yet even been created, our deep black Porter is rich but balanced, intensely chocolaty but not burnt.

Acclimated APA

Elevate, elevate, elevate… It’s what we’ve been doing for years now. We’re really, really good at it. But we’re looking to settle into something as compelling as our world-class IPAs, but less elevating. Acclimated APA. It’s what IPA drinkers drink when they’re not drinking IPA.
