La Negra Reserve

Bigger, blacker, and even more exquisite; La Negra Reserve is our Bourbon barrel-aged Imperial Stout, brewed with our British Pale malt, an enormous amount of roasted malts, and aged for 18 months. As in the past, we collected a copious amount of sticky wort, and then further fortified it with a very long boil. The resulting beer has a big bourbon and raisin nose, an enormously rich body and a bittersweet cocoa finish.
